FF Beowolf is a randomized typeface designed and conceived by Just van Rossum and Erik van Blokland in
1989. It was developed using PostScript, which includes a randomization feature that ensures the shapes
change every time they are printed. As a result, no two letters will look the same. This unique feature
offers the ability to create typographic letters that visually resemble networks.
By visually translating the typeface into complex networks, it gains an aesthetic that could be
graphically utilised within the project or within projects centered around existence in networks. This
visual expression provides designers with the opportunity to experiment with shapes and variations of
letters, potentially creating striking and unique typography.
